Is There a Better Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement?

i realized that i was able to just negotiate better because i had an independent side project. State it as clearly as you can, and if it's a hoat, take, fine. Just just be sure you can defend it makes you actually bright. I think there're a lot of people out there who want to be bigger than their job. So i wanted to stand for those people. It also gives me an identity that is bigger than my job,. So if i'm ever fired, i'm not crushed, cause, like, it's part of me, buti's notisnot the only part of me.
