The Art of Giving Hard Feedback

Clara, I thought it was a good lead into your second operating principle that you talk about in the book. You describe as, quote, say the thing you think you cannot say. And I also love this statement in the same chapter that was, leadership is the art of disappointing people at a rate that they can absorb. It's exactly that. Give the feedback. Don't be sitting there with your brain going, you know, a hundred miles an hour thinking, I can't believe they're saying that they're going to get this delivered in the next month. This actually came conceptually from Fred Kaufman, who wrote Conscious Business.
