The Mannequies
The Mannequies were an anti-Eucharistic evocation. There was a lot of eating rituals involved in mannequinism. And so the idea that what appeared to be good was actually false food, compared to what he was going to get in the church. It wasn't up to Augustine's standard, and yet was the true food.
