Nesh is a very old word. It goes back to old english. Originally, and i think really to day, all it means is soft,. Someone unable to withstand hardship. But ironically, the weather itself can be nash. And then it means mild so though, if you are ne say, there harry. Some people, i think, have said on my time line that where they live, it's actually the weather, when it is cold, can be described as nash. So it really does sem to be a very slippery word, ye, ye.
