I think what this technology has enabled is for commerce to flow at the speed of information. You're putting currency and money in the same domain as data, which we haven't had before. And every technology that removes friction is going to be a winner. Humans are lazy and we like things to be simple and easy. The simpler and easier it is, then the more popular it's going to be.
