Dr. Moyer, who prescribed the water for buyers, lastly consisted that it was not harmful. Dr. Moyer: I've taken as much or more radium water of the same kind Mr. Byers took and I am 51 years old, active and healthy. He knew, he declared, that buyers had died from a combination of blood diseases which had induced a gout. Buyers did not die from blood diseases and gout. He died from radiation exposure.
