Gelly: I genuinely do think that organisations are making the links now between learning opportunities, being a key part of engagement overall. And there is a real kind of rich, rich variety of digital tools that we can access. So things like curating content to help with learning and flow of work. We can't just throw a video at someone to say, hey, here's a video on presentation skills. Let's top and tail this with some amazing stuff, or produce an infographic to go alongside it,. which can be really, really powerful.
