The Chinese End the Yemeni War

The Middle East is a geo-strategic region, fueled by oil money and power block conflict. Many of the states themselves would play both sides against the middle to try to further their own more narrow goals. The US as a government actor with interests can't be administering these international institutions that goes against the concept of internationalism. And the United States becomes an absolutely a useless broker.
