ACE inhibitors should be, you know, if they have hypertension, they should all get on an ACE inhibitor. We've got good data pointing to increased complications, acute kidney injury and hyperkilymia primarily. And we don't have data that shows improved GN outcomes either. So I would use pick one and ACE or an ARB. Warfarin is the recommended drug for anticoagulation there. It's helpful.
