Jared Diamond: The more you watch it, and this was what I found from a Fed announcement says, everyone just gets amped up. And your first inclination to do something is "Oh my God, I'm going to miss out on this rally" But he decided not to after seeing the NASDAQ rise 3% before things really got ugly. He said if we had a fall today they would have been a little different because markets were up even before the Fed announcement.
