Are You Competitive?

Competitive is not necessarily negative, but being ovally competitive can be incas so somebody who wants to get a promotion at all costs. Some bosses like it because competitive people are usually winners. But unfortunately, they might win at the cost of other people in terms of their attitude. So we have to guard against people who might be ovally tive. And we have to be considerate of other people.
