The diverse rich foods is so fundamentally important. I try to say to all of my patients when they come in, I say, if you can do one thing this week, just one change,. Pick up a new vegetable or a new fruit or a new whole grain or a new legume that you've never tried before and just try cooking with it. And if you do that slowly, like every week, over 52 weeks, you've got 52 new foods in your diet and it fills us over warming. It can be as simple as that. Just feed your microbiome, open up the diversity of food, understand the hormonal profile, and you can't go wrong.
