Is There a Push Pull Happening in the City?
There's a sense that life in the city is, is tough. Returns on education are effectively falling. If you can do something while staying close to your family, then why not? I think that might be what's driving a lot of it. The factories that were on the the east coast are moving inland. There's a mover inwards. Even among educated urbanites who are disillusioned with nine nine six work culture. They're finding that they're on the treadmill, running just to stay where they are and not having a whole lot to show for it. Right? Talk about this.
