How to Assess the Health of a Dental Practice

This is the report that Jake and I came up with. What I was looking for was an at a glance way to assess the health of a dental practice from an expense perspective. This is a simplified P&L with simplified categories. Can you see the difference? You guys in the very, very bad? Okay. Red in business, bad. Black, good. Dr. Rex, lot of red, lot of bad going on with Dr. Rex. Right now, Dr. Rex is a phase zero because his overhead is 74%. We set the industry standards for him to get to 60%.
