How Many Houses Need to Be Bought Out?

We're trying to apply a principal basis to the negotiation but clearly there are different circumstances that have to be dealt with in each area. So how many nation wide do you expect to buy out? The numbers are moving around as more work is done on the categorisation. We've got about 260 in the category, three category in Hawkes Bay, probably between 40 and 50 in Tied Arfati who we're just working through now. Auckland that work is still ongoing, it'll be in the hundreds obviously because we know about some of those communitiesbut we haven't been able to quite get to that figure while Auckland Council goes through their work.
