You want 715 to 1500 milligrams of potassium for every hundred grams of protein. Potassium is a general correlate of your alkalinizing organic acid such as citrate and malate in foods. That database really isn't good on mixed diet because the potassium is largely going to come from that like from fruits and vegetables.
