The Importance of Empathy in Socio Technical Architecture
The relationship between communication lines and organization has a strong mirroring effect on the architecture. Conway's law can be found in multiple different kind of engineering type disciplines such as software, jet engine manufacturer or automotive. And so effectively our start point is to acknowledge that there is this sort of natural force because we're human. This is having an effect on what we're building or we're trying to build and run. That realization is I think it's much more widespread now certainly in the last few years.
