The Future of Vaccines

The idea that anything's not an RCT is not scientific would rule out most of scientific endeavor on the planet. But no, it's often pretty clear that it won't. And I guess even if you could control everything, it still wouldn't mean that the results are applicable moving into the future because unlike the laws of the universe, the social world isn't stationary.
