The Importance of Due Diligence in Oil and Gas Investment

The lack of due diligence in really looking at the geology and engineering is where people can get burned. If it's just because, you know, prices are going to go up, keep going up, up, up,. up, that's probably not a good, good reason to make an investment. The main thing that I would say is that folks that don't show a real sort of bent towards the technical aren't likely to be successful with their investments.
