I've been doing a very literal interpretation of my own instruction to model it like I'm modeling meditation. But I think it doesn't count when I pick up my phone, when Benji's talking to me. If Benji's saying, Daddy, can we do this? Hang on a minute. Just listening to him speak then, I'm thinking that's actually how I need to model it. Not so much by this is how you could do a meditation, but just that I'm here. Stop modeling meditation literally and start modeling being present just in the way you are around them. That was a really powerful one. We've all been thinking. See you later.
