The Recklessness of Boris Johnson

I think most people would say yes, it does. There wasn't one massive explosive moment, but when you stick all of those things together, does it look like somebody was careless with parliament? I mean, this sort of stuff is pretty tricky for him. And then also just suggesting that loads of other people who didn't have leaving parties somehow that there was some kind of number 10 exceptionalism. Kate, how would you have rated his performance and basically essentially do you think it's leaning to that they will sanction him?
