Is Equity Still So Cheap in the Land of Tokens That There's No Reason to Tap the Debt Markets?

Most protocols have raised capital is just by some sort of equity right whether you call that a token or you raise a VC round whatever you want to call it. Do you see compound and Ave raising from the debt markets in the next couple of years like is that something that you guys see happening or is equity still just so cheap?
