The Murder of a Young Woman

The victim's brother was the one who found her. He said that he saw someone walking past Reba and Rita's window outside, laughing. We don't know if this is someone connected to the case. There had been a rash of burglaries, no sexual assaults, but kind of burglaries in this area during this time period.
