The 14 Day Cycle Hypothesis

I'd love to know specifically in your head how you see that play out. What's an example 14 day period of splitting up cycling running and swimming? Most athletes don't need to swim as much unless they're a real extreme. You spend the most time riding so it makes sense to probably do more high intensity or at threshold bike sessions. And then obviously running comes next. But by decisiveness, at least in Olympic triathlons and, you know, the higher level performers, it's the run that will decide who comes out on top.
