There are these cultural traditions that have been passed on for generations and generations. But now with our current technology, we're able to see the impact on glucose. In countries like Iran, they drink a lot of apple cider vinegar every day. And there is also this tradition of starting the meal with vegetables. It's very interesting to me to see how actually culturally we've had a lot of things right for a very long time.
