What's Going on in the Repo Market?

Theliss and her husband are in the process of selling their home. They have a closing day schedule for june thirteenth. This is ugly. You have to decide how much it's worth to you to bust the deal, or to just allow yourself to close on your new house without closing on the old one. I would be loath to cancel the deal, but the money involved is a tremendous amount of money. So my guess is that you're probably going to be able to reach a negotiated settlement. That's what i'm try and do. But you need to get that appraiser in fast.
