"I don't understand any redeeming quality from what we did in Iraq," he says. "We should have gotten out of there much sooner, but good lord, did it need to be a fiasco? Did we need to arm the Taliban with $90 billion worth of weapons?" The U.S. is going to drop Afghanistan as soon as possible, which is exactly what they did now, Obama says.
