Can the Metropolitan Police Reform Itself?
Baroness Casey says there are systemic and fundamental problems in how the Met is run. Home Secretary Suela Braverman offered this response to Baroness Casey's review. The Metropolitan Police Commissioner, Sir Mark Rowley, added that the findings are accurate but that some of the details had blindsided him. One woman who reported being raped to the Met Police called the force an abhorrent institution.
