Moore's Utopian Utopie of Social Relations Rather Than Technology

I think Moore's utopia is effectively utopia of social relations rather than technology. And therefore, it seems to me to get more closely the difficult questions or the kind of actually, although there is a form of government, you can't supersede politics in the same way that you do in Bacon and Fourier. I tend to veer away from these questions because there are so many presuppositions involved that sometimes it's just not worth touching them. It does seem to me that there are some powerful things to examine there and that they seem pretty essential.
