State Supreme Courts - Is There Diversity?
Currently there are 20 states that have all white state supreme courts. That includes 12 states where people of color make up at least 20 % of the state's population. And so we're seeing across the country, states that are very powerful making decisions that impact communities in a wide array of waysthat really look nothing like the communities that are being impacted by those decisions.
