The Importance of Knowing Your Audience
Eric Stonestreet: I love that you didn't just throw the baby out of the bathwater, you threw the baby out. The more complex a narrative needs to be and the more logical jumps based on maybe even solid scientific steps, the more likelihood there is for something to be incorrect. He says some scientists who are completely divorced from the fitness trenches aren't aware of when that occurs. And it's not something they've actually lived or experienced. But he adds anecdotes are a form of evidence, but they are a limited form of evidence.
