Prison Rape

The prison system in this country is, in a very screwed up country. The idea that we would profit off an incredibly cruel thing like imprisonment is absurd. Some of my favorite comedians of all time used to do prison rape jokes constantly. I don't think there's anything remotely funny about it. It feels obviously needlessly cruel, but also deeply homophobic.
