As leaders, we have to realize our job isn't to be cool. Our job is to make sure that it's so clear to everybody that they can do a good impression of us when we're not around. And people don't like to over communicate. That leads to the fourth discipline, which comes back to clarity, which is reinforce clarity. So it's over communicated, reinforced it, over communicated, reinforcing it.
