The Debt Ceiling or Banking Turbulence?

The banking crisis, I still believe, will sort this way through. It's not an O8 or O9. Only a couple of people off-sized with all these various things which you knew about. The debt ceiling is potentially catastrophic; Hopefully it won't happen. But if you're Janet Yellen right now, what would you do differently? "I think we need to finish the bank crisis"
