Is the Diplomatic Approach to Yemen a Failure?

I think it's fair to say it has been a failure. Chorus, need to come back into the fray, drilling down on this an idea of the international community's diplomatic approach to yeman over the years. The past diplomatic efforts have seen economic issues as marginal to peacend and potentially as disruptive to peace talks. I think what we're starting to see now is a scenaria where we see that the economy is the of the conflict.
