Studies can be incredibly useful if you are getting hung up on a specific thing. Give yourself permission to go into your space, turn on some fantastic audiobook or music and just see what three random colors do when you use them together. Choose one or two studies and commit to it for a set amount of time. You'll be amazed at how much you can improve with a little laser focused practice.
