Is There a Time Travel Device in the Story?

There are these fixed endpoints to the wormhole that are 33 years apart. So 1953, 1986, 2019, and sometimes you even get glimpses of like the further future. But for some reason this wormhole connects all these points in time that are fixed times apart. It's a meaning like if I go walk into the cave at any point in time, I can only come out in certain years. And then there's also a group of people who are constructing devices that let them travel forwards and backwards in time. They describe it as being powered by the God particle.
