Opera Wimfrey's Company Sues a Fan Podcast

opera wimfrey's company has filed lawsuit against a fan podcast called opera demics from radiotopia. Her company has taken oprodemics to court for basically saying that it's my trade mark, and you are trying to capitalize from the opera effect. But even so, if they weren't using the opera name, then they wouldn't get as many people down loading that particular show. So i can kind of see that maybe calling it operidemics was slightly too much.
