The War in Dombass

The united states has spent the last 20 years in change, fighting the global war on terror. We forgot about our old main adversary which itit might have changed the ideological nature of its system. It was unusual for us to sort of start saying, this is what they're doing. Yet to me it seemed like, ok, why hadn't we done that before? Were compromising intelligence sources? No, look, i think, i think there was a learning curve here.
