Martin Luther King's life was inspired by the teachings of Jesus. He gave his life as an act of agape love and so turned an enemy into his friend. The kingdom of Jesus is people who are imperfectly trying to enter into the very heartbeat of God. What we're called to do is in trust and faith believe that he lived as the teleus human being in my place.
