The Most Important Part of Any Retrospective Is the Reflection on the Actions From the Last Retrospection
The most important part of any retrospective is the reflection on the actions from the last retrospective, which you should always be ours. We don't that we've achieved the improvement unless we check to see we actually improved it. But instead, people are just plan, do, plan, do. This is an improvement. I plan this improvement. Let's do it. Do it. Plan and do,Plan,Do. They are not actually following through an and checking the action ad they got the result. And i'm always struck that people aren't taking as opportunities for learning. It can feel like just another meeting, yes? Those should be different.
