If you want to be metabolically healthy, the best thing you can do is have lots af lean body mass. Exercise one of the only things that we know of that, without even weight loss, improves metabolic health substantially. I was actualy on the roguan podcast, and one of the points i made a few years ago, as i said, this was the one with dom yes. When you talk about food choices and what not, you have a lot more you can get away with with a lot of muscle mass your point that being older and frail, people don't think about this.
