The Duty to Defend
When we think of duty to defend we often think of high profile issues like some of the ones you've described. Others, a few years ago, there was a lot of conversation around same sex marriage laws and the duty to defend. Does anyone have any insights on whether you see those types of duties to defend differently or the same as one another? The value of having an SG is I see it is really twofold on the one hand you have someone with a pellet expertise. You also have someone who's a repeat player who's not engaged in politics on a day-to-day basis.
