Sleeping Without Air Conditioning

The author decided to try not to use the air conditioning in his apartment. But he would still sweat all night long and wake up with a wet pillow. He got stressed out by work, didn't sleep enough and drank too much at weekends. The writer was bitten more than 15 times by mosquitoes while living in London.
