Is the Physical or the Material All There Is?
Bernardo: Materialism is an amb metaphysical doctrinecoveryal science. The mere physicalism of the modern version of materialism is contrary to our experience, and its contrary to science. We see organisms, we see social phenomena, we see historical facts - i don't think any of this is reducible or explicable in terms of physics,. strictly speaking. And i think that most physicalists don't think it is.
