There's a lot of reasons to be conspiratorial, particularly about this period in American history. You're not doing something unreasonable if you're like, well, shit, maybe they did figure out something, right? Like there's all these little pieces of fucked up stuff here. And we know what they were trying to do. Part of why QAnon terrible stuff that's going around today is causing so much of a fucking catastrophic problem for a society.
