Sally Kohn: I've seen that in others, my kids and stuff is to extend to able to be grateful and it's so healing. One of the other ones that I really liked was you talk, you say writing down one thing you're grateful for each day is the cheapest form of therapy. Is that something that you practice yourself? She says she doesn't always write it down, but she tries to think it. "I pray the only prayer I have is gratitude."
