How to Sustain a Startup Like XOTEL

We don't have a tech co-founder but we of course have a CTO. Most of the team members are either in marketing or sales. About 40% of our revenue comes from US and then US-UK Canada, Australia, India are our top market. The interesting part here is that we did never build for India and we never thought that we will sell to Indian customers. But for some reason we have about 20 per cent of our revenue also coming from India. And that is primarily because India has a lot of SaaS companies call centers which actually do offering work from India for the global market.
