Blockchain as a Source of Truth
I worry about the slightly more mundane notion that we live in an information age and the quality of information is so variable. And if you combine that with the network effects or the herd mentality, it can be very dangerous. I think one potential potential solution to that problem is the idea of blockchains having a role in becoming a kind of moderator function of a source of truth. With the focus on data, that makes more sense than trying to regulate algorithms.
