If you have a mental juristic of being able to estimate volume and therefore weight of water, you can actually get very, very good at estimating salt. And this varys by culture, by the way, right? So r indians clearly like food a lot more salthere. We are also oce with food that is a lot hotter in terms of chillies, where other people may not have that sensitivity. A lot of the aroma, because it's related to nostasia and so on, some of these things are very hard to fix.
